Finding Violet Park

Reviewed by Tim Redman

A chance meeting at the lost properly section of a cab office leads to dark secrets being uncovered.

The only strange thing is that one of the two people in at the meeting is in a cremation urn. Violet Park is taken home by Lucas Swain but in doing so he begins to ask questions about his 'dead' dad.

I didn’t enjoy this book at the start: it was a bit dull and the idea behind it seemed silly. Yet as the book progressed I got more and more into it.  The plot of Lucas swain’s dad really added to the whole book and made it a lot better. The book is also very funny.

I would give it 8 or 9 out of 10.
