I personally thought the book was OK. I loved Beast and comparing them I thought my Sword Hand is Singing was half the book Beast is. I only didn’t really like it because it started quite slowly and I don’t like that. I guess when it got started it was really good though. And it didn’t take long for me to read it because I couldn’t put it down so I was up until the early hours of the night reading (to my parents’ despair).

But I really didn’t like the start. I know what he was trying to do, having the murder at the beginning, but it really didn’t hook me as much as Beast did and that’s why out of the two I’ve read I would read Beast again not My Sword Hand is Singing.
