Just in Case

Reviewed by Lizzie Pearce

David Case’s life begins collapsing about him when he realises that fate is out to get him. His only comfort is an imaginary pet and the discovery of a new talent. David is desperate, and would try anything to escape from fate; but nothing seems to work.

‘Just In Case’ has been written in a way that makes it impossible to put down; it is exciting and unsettling at the same time. The story line is quite intense yet very real. The way the book is written makes you think that it could have been a real story. The book has a gripping beginning and stays unpredictable all the way through.

I really enjoyed it and I read it very quickly. I would recommend it to anyone from age 13+; it is unsuitable for small children as it contains a lot of romance.
