This book is based on Yuri, a boy of 12, who lives in Russia at a time of revolution.

I found this book gets off to a very slow start and even as you get into it, nothing really happens. This book wasn’t pulling me in at all so I stopped half-way and started reading another one.

I don’t recommend this book, but if you must read it, I’d say it is for 12 + as it has some swear words and some words that I didn’t understand.
