This book in my opinion is terrible and pointless. Almond in this book talks a lot about religion, swears sometimes and uses the word ‘Howay’ a lot.

The book is about a boy called Davie who is suspicious about a stranger who comes to live with Crazy Mary. The stranger is called Stephan Rose and can make things live out of clay. That is all that is relevant to this book.  

I don’t like this book in any way, and I rate it a poor 3.5/10.
